A lot of reporting

Hello, i need to be able to run a number of different reports and would appreciate a step by step for each one, or at least a large document that covers all of these please.

1.Top treatments by revenue in a certain time frame

2.The number of extractions, implants and dentures per month between a time frame

3.The total number of treatments completed in a time frame (the number of treatments, not monetary value)

4.New Patients by referral source

5.The number of active patients in a time frame (or those who have attended n appointment in the last 2 years)

Hi,

Regarding your reports please see the following:

1. Top Treatments by revenue

• There is a standard report in CS R4+ called Treatment Prescribing Trends which will show the top 20 treatment items between two dates.
• From Reports Manager, click Reports about treatment and then click Treatment Prescribing Trends

2. The number of extractions, implants and dentures per month between a time frame

• This information can be obtained by using the Management Reports feature

3. Total number of treatments completed in a time frame

• This information can be obtained from the Treatment Prescribing Trends if no more than 20 different items have been completed during the specified time period.

4. New Patients by Referral Source

• Can you provide additional information regarding where you are recording 'Referral Source' (user field, marker, etc)

5. Number of active patients in a time frame

• There is a standard query that will show all patients who have completed an appointment during a specified time
• From Patients Selector, click Query Wizard, double click the Patients folder, click CS Created - All patients who have had an appointment in the last [xxx] months, click Select.
