APPOINTMENT BOOK COLOURS AND SIZE

Hi there, Could anyone help regarding appointment book organising.

How do you get the appointment book into different colours?

How do you make the diary a larger size to view?

We currently have our diary in small size which makes it really difficult to see and it is also in black.

Thanks in advance!

I have attached photo examples from R4 of how we want to get our appointment diary to look like

Hi @vo15,

Many thanks for your post.

Different Colours:

You can set your planner to use either scheme colours or appointment type colours, you do this from the settings menu (each account would need to do this)

1- Main Menu of R4
2- Edit
3- Settings
4- On the Users tab select the dot in either that you want
5- Select Apply & OK

If you choose to set this as appointment colour, you will then need to setup the colour of each appointment type, you do this via the planner

1- Main Menu of R4
2- Planner
3- View
4- Appointment Types
5- Highlight each appt. edit and set the display colour.
6- Apply to save
7- OK once completed

Size of Text:

The only thing you can do from R4 is set the best display, if it continues to be small it may be the resolution of the monitor itself. To check the best display follow the below:

1- Main Menu of R4
2- Edit
3- Settings
4- Display
5- Select Best Fit
6- Apply and OK to save
7- Restart R4

If that doesnt make any difference you may need to amend how many books you can see via the planner display settings

1- Main Menu of R4
2- Planner
3- Options
4- Planner Display Settings
5- Select number of books
6- Apply and OK

If you're still experiencing issues with the size it may be something out technical team can investigate, please call on 0330 094 8194 option 1.

Regards

Matt

Additionally to the above, you can amend the colours of session types which will colour the gaps in the planner.

1- Main Menu of R4
2- Planner
3- View
4- Session Type
5- Highlight session type
6- Edit
7- Select Colour
8- Apply and OK

Regards

Matt
