Please can you advise how I add another option onto this.

for example; I want to add consultation to this list.

Many thanks for your post.

You can create a new default examination via the clinical admin section.

1- Log into clinical admin with an admin user - Log out of normal R4 > Start > R4+ > R4+ Clinical Administration
2- Select Tools
3- Select Default Examinations
4- Click Add
5- Select scheme and give description
6- Select Add
7- Find codes you wish to setup
8- Press OK
