After changing to R4 clinical plus from R4 classic , I have noticed there is a function missing from R4+ that used to be in RA classic , this enabled me to see which receptionist had put a patient in wait . I used this function a lot when trying to track who would have dealt with a patient in terms of issuing fp17, Med histories , payments on arrival etc.
Does anyone else miss this function
