We installed windows 10 uneventfully. However, my CS 1500 intra oral camera no longer works.
It switches on as normal, but the software can no longer see it.
Any help on how to rectify this very gratefully received.
As the camera is not under support I would suggest speaking with our sales team on 0800 169 9692 and getting the camera back under support.
Once the camera is back under support you can call 0845 230 2451 option 2 and we can then supply the updated software and drivers to get the camera working on Windows 10.
