A number of customers are experiencing issues with our R4 credit card payment system on the 7th July 2017 which may result in card transactions being declined at point of payment.
This is being investigated at the highest level and we hope to have the system back up and running as soon as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Unfortunately, this is still causing some disruption for users, it has been identified as a fault on BT's network. Further updates to follow as soon as we have more information.
