Clearing deleted claims from Ready to send list

Hi

Can anyone advise if it is possible to remove deleted claims from the ready to send list please.

These claims were made in error and new ones completed and sent, but although we have deleted all treatment from the claims and deleted them, they are still in the Ready to Send list.

Are you able to confirm which country your practice is based in as its slightly different depending?

Thank you for the update.

Providing they haven't already been sent to the board, the below should be all you need to do.

1) Load into the claim search window.

2) Find the claims that need deleting.

3) Open the claim.

4) On the bottom left, press delete claim.

5) Press OK and it should then remove from the list.
