Compulsory pop up boxes for reception

Hi, would it be possible to have compulsory pop up boxes for reception to fill out when adding a new patient? Eg they must add an email, mobile phone number, home address, certain markers, before R4 would let them move onto the completion of the patient information? It is too easy for reception to forget to take some vital information as there are lots for them to remember and then it leads to problems further down the line. Also is it possible to add prompts eg ask where they heard about us? If they would like to add children etc etc?

This would be a real advancement and I know SOE have done this for a while now.

Great Idea but this is not currently possible in R4.

With regards to additional information i.e. where did they here about you. It is possible to add an extra tab to hold this info but again there would be no prompt.
