Creating an excel e-mail list

When we run a query and hit print it creates an excel spreadsheet. How can I output the patient's E-mail address onto this spreadsheet to do a bulk E-mail from Outlook. I am aware that I can mail-merge within R4 however this creates avery basic E-mail with no practice identity/ banners etc and also no ability to add attachments.

Hi,

If you want to include the email address in the output you will have to do this as a report rather than as a query.

I have attached a handout that shows you how to do this.  Once you have exported the email addresses to Excel, you can use them to send out emails from Outlook.
