Cs 3d crashing on CBCT viewing

When viewing a previously taken CBCT the cs 3D is closing when an oblique view is selected. It can only be opened when the CBCT is first viewed after being taken. But when it is closed and selected again later, viewing the oblique view closes the scan. Are we saving it wrong or missing something?
