We have had a few customers ask us what to enter into CS R4+ for the Encryption Key for the DEPPA integration. To clarify if you are an existing DEPPA user this encryption key will already be set up. You can find out what it is by logging into the DEPPA website and clicking on [Support] - [Encryption Password] (which is the first blue button on that page). Once you have the encryption key it can be entered into the CS R4+ DEPPA user settings.
It is important to use the same encryption key as this will ensure you have access to the historic DEPPA assessments that have already been taken on patients.
