I am using the Wacom tablets to capture eSignatures for treatment plans and medical histories but I want to have a form that can be edited for each patient prior to the signature. Is there any way within R4 for a document to be created, edited and then signed? I have looked at the options in Doc Manager and it only seems to allow preset merge fields to be inserted?
The reason for this is to capture patient consent to a fee that does not appear on the R4 treatment plan.
Unfortunately it is not possible to create a document that can be edited once it is is sent to the Wacom tablet for signature by the patient.
