Generating a list of wheelchair users

I am trying to collect / generate a list of patients seen across our community dental service in the past 6 months that are wheelchair users and have a wheelchair marker (icon/alert) on their file. I am putting together an audit and I am hoping there is a way of doing this through the software. Thanks

Good Morning

Create the query as follows:

1. Open Query Wizard then click on New Query, select 'Start' then 'Next'.
2. Scroll down and tick the row ‘that have the marker [Marker]
3. Click ‘Specify Criteria’ and select the marker for a Wheelchair user in the Value Column then click ‘OK’
4. Scroll up and tick the row ‘that have had an appointment’
5. Click ‘Next’
6. Select the option ‘between [No Date Specified] and [No Date Specified]’
7. Click on ‘Specify Criteria’ and place a tick in the Ask Column and then click ‘OK’ in the window that opens.
8. Do this for both rows and then click ‘OK’
9. Then click ‘Finished’ and save the query.

When you run this query you will be asked to enter the start date and the end date for the time frame you wish to use.
