I have spoken to someone previously and they have dialled in to sort out this problem.
As I am now sorting this myself, can you tell me when this will be rectified so that I do not need to keep re-sending every claim for under 18 yr olds?

There is a new version of our software v8.1.13 on this version claims are processed without errors. If you're not on this version please download and run first. Then send the claims as you normally would.
We are on the v8.1.13 but are unable to change the pricing on NHS code 4302 as the change will not "stick" so we are unable to submit childrens claims with that code.
can you advise when this will be rectified as we keep having to have a level 3 dial in and I have another 3 waiting to be altered.
