How to create a query that shows the treatments preformed by a specific clinician in a period of time ?

A specific doctor having different treatment plans for different patients, how to generate a query/report to show the status of the all treatments for that doctor ?

I have attached a 'How to' guide to create a report that will list either completed treatment items or uncomplete treatment items during a specific period.

Hi Ali, are you wanting to show all treatment items during a specified period, only completed items during a specified time or only uncompleted items during a specified time?

it would be great if i can get all of them separately, and another query to have them combined. but the main query is the completed treatments items in a specific period of time.
