How to create a report for patients that have not attended recently

I would like to generate:

1.An excel spreadsheet

2.A mail merge (preferably using HTML and using a picture)

for patients that have not attended within the last 12 months.

Your help would be much appreciated

Re: How to create a report for patients that have not attended recently

To create a query to find patients that have not visited for some time create the followng query:

  1. Open Query Wizard
  2. Click ‘New Query’ then ‘Start’
  3. Click ‘Next’
  4. Click ‘Specify Attributes’
  5. Scroll down the list of fields until you come to ‘Last Completed ApptDate’
  6. Add this to the ‘Criteria’ window
  7. In the ‘Operator’ column change this to ‘earlier than or equal to’
  8. Tick the ‘Ask’ option (this will allow you to put in different dates)ad click ‘OK’
  9. Now scroll down and place a tick next to ‘that don’t have appointment with a status of’
  10. Click ‘Specify Criteria’
  11. In the ‘Value’ column select ‘Pending’
  12. Click ‘Finish’ and save the query

When the query is run it will ask you for a date put in 19/02/2018 and it will show those patients who have not attended since February 2018

This list of patients can then be printed which will send their details to Excel.

I hope this answers your question

Kind regards

Alison

Good Afternoon
I believe it is possible to mail merge with Word & Excel but that is outside of R4 and I am unable to advise you how this is done.
Kind regards
