How to run a report to find number of scalings done between two dates

Good Morning

To find the number of S &P carried out in a given time, create the following query.

1. Open Query Wizard then click on New Query, select 'Start' then 'Next'.
2. Scroll down and highlight the row ‘that have had a treatment code’
3. Click ‘Specify Attributes’
4. In the ‘Value’ column type the code number for a Scale & Polish (usually 1001)
5. Click ‘Next’
6. Tick the Before option then click on ‘Specify Attributes’
7. Enter the end date or tick the ‘Ask’ box then click ‘OK’ and change the ‘Question’ by double-clicking in the box and typing ‘Enter END date’
8. Tick the After option then click on ‘Specify Attributes’
9. Enter the start date or tick the ‘Ask’ box then click ‘OK’ and change the ‘Question’ by double-clicking in the box and typing ‘Enter START date’
10. If the ‘under Scheme’ box is ticked select the scheme in the ‘Value’ column or tick the ‘Ask’ box then click ‘OK’
11. If the ‘under Scheme’ box is NOT ticked it will show all the S&Ps for all schemes
12. Then click ‘Finished’ and save the query.
