Good Morning Afzal,

The first thing I would suggest you check is the date format on the PC that you get the error message on. It should be set to DD/MM/YYYY. To check this you can do the following:

  1. Click on the Start button & click on 'Control Panel'
  2. Click on 'Clock, Language, and Region'
  3. Underneath 'Region and Language' there should be an option that says 'Change the date, time, or number format' click on this.
  4. Make sure 'Short date' is set to DD/MM/YYYY
  5. If it is not, then change it to this & then restart the PC

If this does not resolve the issue then I would suggest you try the following:

  1. Log on to your server machine
  2. Click on the Start button & click 'Computer'
  3. You will need to browse to your Sys2data folder, this is commonly found on the C: drive
  4. Once in Sys2data you will need to click on 'Reports'
  5. In here create a new folder called 'Old'
  6. Drag all the loose files from the 'Reports' folder into the folder you just created.
