Hygiene recalls

How to automate hygiene recalls for a dentist only clinic. We do not have hygienists, our dentists do hygiene. How can we list so when prophylaxis is billed it will autogenerate the hygiene recalls?. Our recalls are not generating

Many thanks for your post.

Dental and Hygiene recalls are separate on the R4+ system so not having a hygienist setup shouldn't be causing any problems.

We would need to have a look at your recall setup, please call the helpdesk on 0330 094 8194 and we can look into this for you.
