Jump to solution

Hi

I wish to know how many Implants surgeries I have done from 2002 till now ( 2020).

Please help me to produce a report showing all the cases that I have done Implant surgeries from 2002 till now.

Thank you.

For this, I would run Management Reports inside R4.

From the main menu,> Click Utilities > From the drop-down menu select Management Reports.

In this Window you are able to search how many of a code has been used between a date range and by which dentist and scheme

At the top of the Management Reports Window
Under Type select "Treatments"
Under date range select your start and end date.
Under DPB enter the code for your implants (this can be found inside your chart by adding a code on a test patient) for example for exam I would use 101. Please note you can add up to 10 codes per report.

Once all the codes have been added click Run report on the right side of the screen. Excel will then load with your data.

Hope that helps.

Kind Regards
Liam Rushton
