Please can you confirm how Orthodontic treatments (approved on paper or electronically) should be dealt with?
Close plan early with only the exam/sms/xrays photos on and then send for prior appoval again for the appliances etc? (NB we dont complete the appliances until tx has finished in ortho courses- not like in general dentistry when they are claimed when fitted)
Considering the "close plan early" function isnt working at the moment- are we to wait till the next update ? or has this been corrected with the exemption category update?
