Can someone please explain how to delete, hide or mark a document as invalid if it is scanned into the incorrect patient record?

I use the Comms tab, highlight the document in question and then click on 'Edit Details' at the bottom of the screen. In the pop up box that then appears I write 'Ignore' in the subject box. Works for me.
