Hi, 

Can anyone tell me how to get the messenger box back up, it seems to have vanished after an update.

Hi you could try this - on the Server

1. Open Task Manager
   
2. Click the Details tab.
3. Find & click on PWMessagingServer.exe
   
4. Click End Process.
   
5. Find & click on PWMsgSrvInstance.exe
6. Click End Process.
7. Right Click on the R4+ desktop shortcut.
8. Click Open File Location...
9. Find and Launch the file PWMessagingServer.exe
