Multiple Planned appts for patients

For most patients we need multiple planned appts eg:

1. denture imps>leave 1 week
2. denture bite>leave 1 week
3. try in>>leave 1 week
4. fit denture

This is a chore within R4 as you need to add each appt separately. Surely you can allow the option of 'templates' that we could set up eg 'denture appts-4 visits' that would allow the above to happen without having to put in each one individually? The same could then be done eg for sequences of crowns/bridges/implants. 

The function exists to see planned appts at reception and book simply and efficiently...... but we cannot put that information in simply and efficiently from surgery!

This has been raised before but nil done yet. Would be a great feature. Thanks

Many thanks for your post.

This is something that is achievable within the R4 system, you can add something called a planned appointment.

1- In the patients chart, add the plan as you normally would.
2- Right click on the item and press add planned appointment

3- Complete what appointment you want it to be and what date

4- Repeat any appointments that you need to make
5- In the patients appointment tab you will find an open series.
6- Reception can then view the appointment and paste them into a time on the day that has been requested.

The question was around a series of appts being saveable as a template; as described above in my original query. Thanks
