NHS Scotland Fee Update - May 2021

Please be advised the latest NHS Scotland fee update is available to download here:

To access the portal you will need a current support contract, your SAP customer number and your practice postcode.

Whilst this is not a mandated release it may be beneficial to run this at your practice if you undertake orthodontic treatment.

NOTE: This is only needed where Customers undertake orthodontic treatment.

Is this separate/different from the v8.1.5 update?

Hi @Jainemac,

Yes on the portal it will be a different file to download and run.

The fee update will only take a few seconds to run, whereas v8.1.5 is longer.

1. Log everyone out of R4
2. Load backup program via the system tray and complete a dbbackup now
3. Once completed run the file(s) downloaded
4. Log into R4 on the server as a system administrator to complete
