New Marker

I have created a new marker and tried to import it but its not picking it up from the location I have placed it, how do I add it to the correct R4 location or import it from my desktop? It is in BMP format which the others on the system are, any advise would be appreciated.

Hi,

To import an image to use as a marker:

1. From Marker Maintenance, Click New.
2. Enter a name for the new marker.
3. Click Import Image.
4. Select Custom Location.
5. Navigate to the folder where the image is stored (for example: c:\Users\[username]\Desktop).
6. Click OK.

The username will be the name that is used to log onto the computer.

I have tried that but its not showing the picture in the location I have put it?

Hi,

Create a new folder on the c: drive, for example c:\markers image and then try navigating to that folder in custom location to see if that works.
