trying to print out a report of all patients with postponed appointments between certain dates by a specific dentist and also all patients with an exam appointment with a specific dentist between certain dates, if someone can advise.

Good Morning

To find the patients who were postponed between 2 dates go to the Planner.

From the Menu bar select View and then Patients Who Did Not Attend.

Select the date range and then the Postponed option.

Select the 2 tick boxes to filter out patients who have already attended or who have an appointment pending.

This will give you a list of all those patients who were postponed between your selected dates.
