New Query

I would like to get a list of patients with an appointment in the next month who have been seen this year at some point, is this possible and if so, how?

Good Morning

To run this query please follow the following steps:

1. From the Main Menu, Click Patients
2. Click Search
3. Click Query Wizard
4. Click New Query
5. Click Start
6. Click Next
7. Click Specify Attributes
8. On the left side, under the list of fields, Double click "Appt Date" do this twice.
9. On the right side, change the operator to the first Appt Date, to read "is later than"
10. on the same line, click on the value box click the ellipses button
11. Click Number 2 on the popup box
12. Click in the future
13. Change month to 1 
14. Click Ok
15. On the right side, change the operator to the 2nd Appt Date, to read "is earlier than"
16. on the same line, click on the value box click the ellipses button
17. Click Number 2 on the popup box
18. Click in the future
19. Change month to 2
20. Click Ok
21. On the left side, under the list of fields, Double click "last completed appt date"
22. Change the operator of last completed appt date to "is later than"
23. on the same line, click on the value box click the ellipses button
24. Click in the date box and put in the date for the last year  for example: "06/10/2020"
25. Click Ok
26. Click Ok
27. Click Finished
28. Click Save as New
29. Give your query a name and click ok.
