Notes for 0151

Can we add notes that when we complete auto insert 0151 works as before.

Hi,

Yes you can link clinical notes templates to treatment code 151 (once it becomes active) so that they auto insert when you complete the item.

1. From any patient's chart, click Manage to open the Template Manager screen.
2. Select the required clinical note template.
3. Enter the treatment code number in the search bar in the Assign to codes panel.
4. Select the treatment code (it will turn blue).
5. Click Save and then close the Template Manager screen.
