Hi. I've tried to get through to the helpdesk twice today. The first time I was on hold for over ten minutes without speaking to anyone. I am now in the queue and have been for over 17 minutes!
The last time this happened our telephone number was stuck in a loop. Can anyone help please??

Thanks for your response. I was getting paranoid that there was an issue with our landline connecting to you. Maybe we'd been blacklisted!!
Our account number is 3282. I am interviewing at 14:45 but if you do have time to get back to me beforehand that would be great. Alternatively, I will have to call the helpdesk again tomorrow when I'm free as it could be a lengthy call.
