Open plan that isn't visible

We currently have a patient record that is appearing on our 'patients with open courses' list, however, when we go into the records there is no plan open? Plan 14 was completed, but when I scroll the notes it does look like a plan 13 was 'proposed' on the same day, not accepted or completed but isn't visible. Any ideas how this can be corrected??

Re: Open plan that isn't visible

R4 allows for options to be given to the patient. If you open a course then without accepting the course open a new course. R4 allows you to go between the two courses to show the patient difference in cost, print different treatment plans etc. However when you accept one of the course, the other course is deleted. it does however stay inside your notes so you have proof that you gave the patient a choice.

From what you have written i believe this is what has happened.

Hope that helps

Thanks Liam. Will this patient ever stop appearing on our 'open plan' lists?
