If these claims have not been sent or packaged they should process ok once sent, if they are still rejected it will be if they are packaged before the update and would need re sending
Thanks Chris, my problem is that these claims have been sent up and not rejected. They have been sat unprocessed by the BSA for 3 months. I will try ringing the BSA.
Now we have been updated to R4 version 6.8 can you tell me the correct procedure for resubmitting FP17O claims that have been rejected. The response with the rejection is "Inappropriate treatment code used". Do I simply resubmit the claim or should I delete the rejected claim and open a new FP17O?

It will be a case of resending the effected claims, this can be achieved by creating a new submission in the edi screen and marking as ready this will then be sent on the next create file and send claims.
