How do I print out all notes from previous patient visits please.

Many thanks for your post.

Do you mean patient notes in the charting section? If so complete the below.

1. Load the patients chart
2. On the top right of the chart, select the drop down arrow called "Additional Options"
3. Select "View Clinical History"
4. This will display all notes, you can either print directly or save as a PDF using the icons at the top.
