Hi I don't think this is 100% possible and the closest report you could create is

Patients Tab and click on Search

Query wizard - New Query - Start - Next

Scroll to the bottom and select - Whose most recent appointment of status

Click on Specify Criteria and is equal too click in the Value box and select Cancelled

Change the time period value tick relative to current time and change to 1 month and ok

Scroll back up to the top and tick and about 7 down there is That don't have an appointment with the status - Specify Criteria and change the value to pending

ok and then finish

If you can't create this and need help please contact the desk and one of my agents will be able to help you.

I have had another thought and you could try this to see if this report fits better?

From the Planner, click View > Patients Who Did Not Attend.

Enter the required Date Range.

Select Who Were Postponed.

Select Only Show appts for patients who have not re-attended.

Select Do not show appts for patients with appts pending.

Click Search.
