R4+ not updating with Approval message. On contacting Health Board Helpdesk, have been told claim has been approved. Needed to get someone from Carestream to go on our server to update info. Then dentist submitted claim for payment - rejected because approval date/approval reference not on claim. When queried with Helpdesk again they said it was a softward problem.
