We have problems with treatments being marked as on referral being processed incorrectly. I have called the help desk 3 months ago who have said its with development. Its now been 3 months and no one has contacted me.
Called today and informed they can't do anything as its with development. I would have assumed a software bug that prevents claims being processed correctly by the BSA would be a priority.
Please can some one get back to me with some help as I am having no luck with the help desk. We have claims stacking up.
