Hi @stephen_skelton Good Day!

Can you please help me to extract a report inside R4 details below :-

Productivity report :

Date :

MRN/File number

Fin number/ Financial number :

Treatment Code Number :

Procedure/ Code description :

Alias Code :

Performing Physician :

Hi @mohammed,

Sorry I'm struggling to understand exactly what you need.

Are you look for treatment items between 2 dates then the report to include all the information you've highlighted there?

I need a productivity report for all doctors in the clinic from specific time period like for every three months with the details below :

 

Date :

MRN/File number

Fin number/ Financial number :

Treatment Code Number :

Procedure/ Code description :

Alias Code :

Performing Doctor :

Hi @mohammed,

Below is a step by step guide on how to create a report for treatment items with a certain date range.

1- From the main menu select reports
2- Select new reports
3- Start
4- Select the 3 dots at the end of the query
5- New Query
6- Start
7- Highlight Treatment Plan Items and select next
8- Tick that have certain (attributes)
9- Select specify attributes
10- Double click and add date twice
11- On the first date change the operator to is later than or equal to
12- On the second date change the operator to is earlier than or equal to
13- On both tick the ask box, this will allow you to enter a date each time

14- Double click completed and change the value to Yes
15- Select OK and then Finish
16- Save as new and Name the query
17- Highlight the query and then press select, the name should then appear in the list.
18- Select next then report layout.
19- In the yellow note, highlight the blue wording "click here to edit report properties"
20- Add in what you desire on the report by double clicking or highlighting and pressing add.
21- Select Finish and save as new. Name the report, it can be the same as the query name.
22- Close the report window and reopen to refresh
23- Search for the report name and run picking the dates you want
