It is becoming regular that once our server reboots or restarts I am getting this issue how do I resolve this what is the step by step guide to get our R4 chat system up and running for everyone.
This is the error I get ?
'CS R4+ Clinical+ is unable to connect or has been disconnected from the messaging server'
Please tell me way to get this running again?

To restart the messaging server please follow the steps below.
1- Load task manager by pressing ctrl, alt and delete on your keyboard
2- If on windows 10 go to the "Details" tab.
3- If on windows 7 "Processes" tab.
4- Find 2 services - One called "PWMessaingServer" and the other "PWMsgSrvInstance" and end each of them.
5- Right click on the R4 icon on your desktop and select "open file location"
6- Find a file called "PWMessagingServer" and double click, wait for confirmation it has loaded
7- Restart R4 on any PC that is logged in
If after the above an issue is still ongoing or it is required everyday I would recommend contacting the support team on 0330 094 8194 where we can investigate what is happening.
