R4 Printing Baseline chart & treatment notes

Dear I have been through a strange request by a doctor, he want's to print.

1. Print only treatment notes of a purticular date ( Patient is undergoing a treatment for years but he want to print only for single day notes)

2. When we print baseline chart it gives us chart & treatment notes but misses out the treatment completed by : ( )

Attached is a capure for both, hope you will understand what exactly i need.

Hello Mohammed,

I believe that one thing can solve both of your issues, and that is the clinical history. As the name suggests it includes all of the clinical history of the patient, it will include all notes ever recorded as well as any items that were completed.

To access it, you will need to do the following:
1. Go into the chart & click on the downwards facing arrow on the right
2. Click on 'View Clinical History'
3. Once this has generated you can export it by clicking the floppy disk icon at the top of the window
4. Once exported you can delete sections of the history you don't want and then print

That is so complicated for a doc. to do here, so easy and the best way i suggest him to use Windows Snipping Tool.
