Has anyone had the issue where R4 will send text reminders to only around 70% of the patients who are supposed to receive them? Could this be an R4 error?
We have checked the details for the patients and the preferred method of contact is text. The same patients who now do not receive the reminders did so in the past and nothing has changed in their details. Thank you
Hi. I am not sure what that is and almost sure we do not use it. For text reminders we use treustenvoy for sms reminders. I looked through the generated report and while the numbers do not appear in the list of "Unable to COntact"
