R4 report showing NHS items completed per user in a particular date frame

Hi

I would like a report showing:

Per user

The items completed on NHS treatment plans for a particular time period

ie myself yesterday what items of NHS treatment were completed

the same for private items ( I think this gets shown on financial report)

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for getting in touch.

I think the easiest way to do this is by going to Springboard. And using the Treatment Ranking KPI (see pic).

Here you can break down the report into individual dentists, NHS or Private and put in a date range.

If you can't see this particular KPI, an administrator will need to give you access via the settings in springboard.

I hope this is helpful.

Kind regards

Kirsty

Hi Kirsty

Thank you for this.

However this just gives top tx done in time period. I need to see all treatment codes done even if only 1.

What I am looking for is a personal report showing every single tx code completed on NHS scheme for a particular dentist. I am trying to see how many amalgams have been completed in total.

But also want to see everything they would of completed on a nhs treatment plan over a month etc

thanks

Harry

Ah, I see.

Try using management reports. You will need to know the treatment code for each, which can be found inside the charting screen. For example Small Films - 201.

  1. From the Main Menu, Click Utilities
  2. Click Management Reports.
  3. At the top, Select Treatments
  4. Select an individual dentist, or leave all selected.
  5. Put in your date range, for example, Jan 2021
  6. In the DPB area, type in your treatment codes into each space. 1 per box. You can do a maximum of 10 codes per report.
  7. Click Run Report, Excel will load with your data.

Hope that helps.

Kind regards

Kirsty

Thank you. That would mean putting each code in for example amalgam single surfaceAmalgam 2 surface etc...What I was looking for was a more detailed and easy to perform report that shows me every single item that is completed on a treatment plan.So for example Dr ExampleAmalgams fillings (all surfaces) 20Composite (all) 15 Denture 2Extractions 15 etc A bit like the springboard treatment but not just top 5 show all of themKind regards

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to run such a report on treatment plan items.

However, if you would like to make this a suggestion for the future, please comment on our Ideas page and hopefully this can be looked into.
