R4+ training/tutorials

Hi

I have a new business manager in my practice who has experience using R4+ but not in a managers role. Are there any training webinars/training videos which I can use to help train her on the administrative/management  aspects of R4?

Hi,

Unfortunately we do not have any training webinars that cover all of the administrative/management functions in R4 as practices do not setup and use R4 in the same way, so any recorded content would be fairly long and also include items that were not relevant to every customer.  We do have some generic handouts and videos which can be found in the Knowledge Base section of the exchange

In addition, you do have a Tutor version of R4 which is automatically installed on each R4 PC which can be used for training purposes.  It has the same functionality and options that are available in your live R4 system, apart from it does not use your live patient database and it does not allow the transmission of NHS claims.
