Once you have displayed the list of patient's who have not booked their appointment, place a tick in the box to the left of Recare Date to select all patients, or place a tick against individual patients if you do not want to contact all of them. Click Contact Selected Patients. This will send a reminder message to each selected patient in the format that is specified as their preferred communication type.
If you wish to send the reminder in a format that is different to their preferred communication type (i.e. send a letter rather than send a text), click on the patient's name and select the format of the reminder communication that is to be sent out.
