Recalls

Can anyone advise me how to get recalls to go out automatically each day e.g SMS and letters - I have just upgraded to R4+ and cannot remember how to do it.

Hi Dianne,

If you mean the automatic recare system, that works alongside the Springboard widget then you can follow these instructions:

1. Go to the main screen of R4 & click on Edit (in the top left)
2. Click 'Task Scheduler'
3. Click on 'SMS Recare' & then click 'Enable' on the right hand side
4. Repeat Step 3 for 'Email Recare'

If this is the first time you have used automatic recare tasks then you should check you have the correct templates set up too.

1. Go back to the Main Menu
2. Click on 'Doc Mgr'
3. Click on the tab 'Standard Letter Templates'
4. Click the '+' next to 'Adult Templates
5. Make sue there is a tick under SMS & email for 'Adult Recall Letter'
