Its been reported to me by a couple of dentists that R4+ seems to jump to a different patient. If you open the patient record, when you close that record and go back to the planner it comes up with the previous patient on the banner so you are in danger of booking the wrong patient in for treatment. Has this fault been reported by anyone else and how can this be avoided.

This sounds like an issue that has been previously fixed or it may be a variant of the issue we previously addressed.
