Registering a provider to open courses of treatment

Jump to solution

I've had a query from a clinician who has advised that courses of treatment can't be opened under her name at certain clinics we have set up on R4. When she clicks onto the tooth and the message pops up to start a treatment plan her name can't be selected from the clinicians available in the provider list. I wasn't sure whether this was an issue with her profile or if its because she doesn't have ongoing clinics open at these locations?

Hi @JohnWilde,

Many thanks for your post.

Is this for both NHS and private treatment?

Regards

Matt

Hi @JohnWilde,

Thank you for the information.

Do you have an NHS contract per site? to find out if you go to main menu > edit > NHS contracts > search

The above will display all your contracts, if you have multiple then the provider would need to be added to each of them in order to complete the work. To add continue from the above with the below.

Highlight the contract > view/edit > add performer > find performer and highlight > Add

Let me know if this has resolved the issue.

Regards

Matt

Hi John,

At this point I feel it is something the support team need to take a look into.

Are you able to direct message me your account number and I will get this sorted.

Hi Matt, thanks for the response. Its just for NHS patients as we are a Community Dental Service. Specifically this is a paeds clinician so no payment will be involved (if that has any bearing).

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the input. I've checked and we only have the one contract for the Paeds service (which the clinician in question is head of) and she's on it. As said this seems to be more about the location or clinics on R4 where some she can be selected to add treatment from the list of clinicians and others not.

Mindful this is a bit of a strange one, is there anything else I can try?

John

Thanks Matt,

Do you have an email address or is there a way to DM you through this (sorry can't see one but I may have missed it).

John
