Report for NHS DNAs in a particular month

Hi guys

We have been asked by our Local Health Board to provide details of the number of NHS missed appointments in particular months - Oct 2017, Nov 2017 etc

I have tried the "patients who did not attend" drop down, but that includes all schemes. I have tried the query wizard but that does not narrow down the date field.

Any ideas please?

Please see the attachment below it will give you a step by step guide to creating a report that I hope will give you the information that you require.

It will list each of the DNA appointments, for your NHS patients, within a given time frame .
