Report to show Attended Appointments With Dentist between dates

Good afternoon

I want to run a report to show patients that have attended an apppointment with a specific dentist between certain dates (e.g. January 2020 to December 2020). How would I put this query & report together?

Good Morning

1. From the main menu, click patients
2. Click Search
3. Click Query Wizard
4. Click New Query
5. Click Start
6. Click Next
7. Tick the box "that have had an appointment"
8. Click Next
9. Tick "with [User]"
10. Click Specify Criteria
11. Tick the box for ask
12. Click OK
13. Tick the box "between [No Date Specified] and [No Date Specified]"
14. Click Specify Criteria
15. Tick both the boxes for Ask and click ok to the popup messages.
16. Click Ok
17. Click Finished
18. Click Save as New
19. Give your report a name and Click OK.

When you run the query, it will ask you questions about which dentist and which dates you would like.
