Reporting treatment types

Hi there,

Is there a way I can report on how many treatment types we have seen for a specific month?

e.g. How many patients came in for 'new patient assessment' in Jan 2021?

Good Morning

This can be done using management reports. You will need to know the treatment code for each, which can be found inside the charting screen. For example Small Films - 201.

1. From the Main Menu, Click Utilities
2. Click Management Reports.
3. At the top, Select Treatments
4. Select an individual dentist, or leave all selected.
5. Put in your date range, for example, Jan 2021
6. In the DPB area, type in your treatment codes into each space. 1 per box. You can do a maximum of 10 codes per report.
7. Click Run Report, Excel will load with your data.

Is there a way to add a financial column to this spreadsheet report so that the £ Value of these treatments is included ?

If not, is there a different report that would do this ?

I would like to compare the income from a treatment over a period with the expenses incurred.

e.g. 

Invisalign income / invisalign laboratory bills

Whitening income / whitening gels & whitening trays expenses.

I already have the expenses reports from our Quickbooks but need the overall income generated from these treatments from R4.

I could manually add a column in the Excel spreadsheet with the fees but this will is not so accurate as it will not take account of and discounts given for whatever reason or take account of fee increases.

This is not currently possible inside the R4 Practice management system
