Hi Jenny,

Is it the financial information that you are trying to obtain for private treatment and sundry sales?

If yes, then there is a Sundry Sales report that will display the number of each item sold and the value.

  • Open Report Manager
  • Click Reports about Finances
  • Click Sundry Sales
  • Click Run
  • Select output type (Report Viewer or Excel)
  • Enter the required date range
  • Click Run

For Private Treatment:

  • Open Report Manager
  • Click Reports about Finances
  • Click Payments Received
  • Select output Type (Report Viewer or Excel)
  • Enter the Required date range
  • Select Report on a Patient Type and select Private from the drop-down list
  • Click Run

Regards

Stephen

Hi Jenny,

If you have payment allocation enabled on your system, You might like to try running the report Payment Allocation Summary.

This report will include NHS and Private payments within a date range.

For the report:

  • Open Report manager
  • Click Reports about finances
  • Click Payment allocation summary
  • Select output type
  • Enter the date range
  • click run

I hope this helps.

Kind regards

Kirsty

Hi Stephen sorry its not Private Patient type that I need to run, its Private payment type I would like.  Some of our NHS patients pay for Private treatment.  Do you know if there is a way I can run Private Payment types? Thanks for your help
